For Schools

Build the teaching team your school deserves.

Targeted international teacher recruitment for schools that value quality, fit and a partner that stays involved beyond the introduction.

The problem we solve

Hiring internationally takes time.

Vacancies are disruptive. Screening applications is time-consuming. And the wrong international hire can create far more work than the vacancy itself.

Claybourne works with schools to understand the requirement properly, search the relevant talent market, qualify candidates and keep the process moving through interview and offer.

FAQs

Questions from schools.

Which countries do you recruit for?

Our initial education focus is the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar, while we remain open to suitable international school requirements elsewhere in the region.

How quickly can you provide candidates?

Timescales depend on the role, requirements and market. We agree priorities at briefing stage and communicate honestly about candidate availability rather than promising unrealistic turnaround times.

Can you help with urgent vacancies?

Yes. Where a vacancy is time-sensitive we can prioritise sourcing and screening, subject to candidate availability and the school's requirements.

How do you assess cultural fit?

Alongside qualifications and experience, we discuss motivation for international teaching, expectations, lifestyle considerations and readiness for relocation.
